Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, the room was freezing but eventually warmed up, offering good bed linen and towels. Surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road, the hotel provides a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff, making the experience enjoyable. The location is convenient, being in the city center and close to many attractions in Lancaster. The dining experience, while enjoyable, could see improvements in the breakfast options. Overall, a great value for money stay with welcoming service.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was a good size and lovely, but it smelt musty and was not soundproof. The service was excellent overall, with quick issue resolution and extremely friendly staff. The location was convenient, right in the city center though not entirely peaceful. The dining was outstanding, with cooked-to-order options and a complimentary welcome drink. The facilities met my expectations, offering good amenities for the price.
I absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are compact but have everything you need, and they're so quiet with the secondary glazing. The location is perfect with a good selection of tea and coffee catering to all preferences. The bed was super comfortable, the power shower was great, and the breakfast was excellent. We've stayed here three times now, and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.
Being on the second floor and at the corner, my room overlooked the lively outside courtyard, making it a bit noisy with the windows open, but the double glazing helped when closed. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, offering a cozy stay.
